SNOWBIRD HOMECOMING BEST PRACTICES
1. Schedule Cleaning 1-2 Weeks Before You Arrive
Don't wait until you're home to call — October and November are our busiest months as snowbirds return. Book early to request your preferred date. We can coordinate with your property manager or neighbor for access.
2. Start with the Roof and Work Down
When multiple services are requested, the work sequence should be planned for roof runoff, siding, screens, ground-level surfaces, access, and weather. Pure Flow reviews that sequence in the property-specific scope.
3. Check Your Gutters Before Rainy Season Ends
Summer storms pack gutters with debris. Clogged gutters cause water to overflow onto your freshly cleaned siding and can damage fascia boards. Include gutter cleaning in your bundle for complete protection.
4. Address Your Pool Deck Safety First
After months of algae growth, your pool deck is a slip-and-fall hazard. Before you or guests use the pool, have the deck professionally cleaned. This is especially important if you have elderly visitors or grandchildren.

What condition will my home be in after sitting empty all summer?
After 4-6 months of Florida summer (the hottest, wettest, most humid months), expect heavy algae on the roof and siding, green/black screens, slippery pool deck and driveway, clogged gutters full of debris, and possible wasp/spider nests in the lanai. Can you clean my home before I arrive if I'm still up north?
Remote scheduling may be possible when property access, gates, pets, water availability, site contacts, scope, and payment arrangements are confirmed in advance. Ask Pure Flow what is needed for your property.

Yes! Many snowbird clients book us twice a year: once before they return (October-November) and once before they leave (April-May). We keep your info on file and reach out each season to schedule. Recurring clients get priority scheduling during our busiest months.
